Booking a fishing guide is a pain. Without local knowledge or connections, it's hard to find guides. You struggle to figure out how to book trips with them. You never know if they're available without calling. And you never know if the guide you're going out with is any good.
So we started building Hooks.ly to fix all of that.
Hooks.ly connects you with fishing guides worldwide. You can search naturally — like “trout fishing on the Yellowstone in July” — and see who's available. You can chat with Barb to narrow down the perfect guide. Or you can set your dates and let her find the best guides for you.
There are no paid search rankings. No sponsored placements. Guides are ranked by merit — their ratings, reviews, and availability. That's it.
We're a bootstrapped company, so we don't answer to investors. Our focus is purely on making your outdoor experience better — whether you're new to guided trips or a seasoned angler looking for your next adventure.
